"Life is about falling down and getting up, not staying down."

Are we zombies or are we alive? Do you know that negative emotions last 140 minutes and positive emotions last only 60 minutes? These and other questions were asked by speaker during the lecture "The keys to happiness" by the writer, trainer and lecturer, Carlos Andreu.

With a light-hearted tone, Andreu urged the attendees to think about the four reasons why they get up every morning, to discover that, in life, "happiness is not in the when, but in the while", and to begin to define their life's whys, since, as he pointed out, "if you don't know what port you are going to, any port is a good port". The speaker invited the students to live life as an adventure and never give up, knowing that "success is in knowing that a life has passed more easily because you have lived".
