The University is the first in Spain in "teaching and learning" and in "research", according to the CYD ranking, presented by the Foundation knowledge and development.
According to this study, which analyzes 36 indicators of academic performance, the University is the second best in Spain in overall results, behind the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
This report, the largest ranking of Spanish universities, analyzes in this edition 73 academic centers, 22 areas of knowledge and 2,235 degrees from Degree and Master's Degree. For this purpose, it divides the 36 indicators into five areas: teaching and learning, research, transfer of knowledge, international orientation and contribution to regional development .
The academic center of Navarra obtains in the ranking a total of 24 indicators of higher performance; 6 indicators of intermediate performance; and 3 of lower performance. Thus, it ranks first in Spain in "teaching and Learning", with 7 indicators of higher performance; first in "research", with 7 indicators of higher performance; and second in Transfer of knowledge, with 6 indicators of higher performance.
Among the positive indicators of the Pamplona campus are the graduation rate with respect to enrolled students, publications per professor, the standardized impact of publications, and the issue of students from Degree and Master's Degree coming from other autonomous communities. By field, the University stands out in Pharmacy, Medicine and Nursing.
Navarra, first in teaching and LearningLikewise, according to this study by the Foundation knowledge and development, Navarra is the first autonomous community in teaching and learning, ahead of the Basque Country, Castilla y León, La Rioja and Asturias, and the sixth in knowledge transfer and international orientation.
The five autonomous communities with the highest issue of indicators are Navarra, Catalonia, the Valencian Community, Madrid and the Basque Country. The Comunidad Foral is in third place, with 16 indicators of higher performance; 11 of intermediate performance and 7 of lower performance.
