Last Friday, October 20, took place the first meeting of the committee advisor of the School of Economics and Business Administration. The members of the committee were received by Mr. Alfonso Sánchez Tabernero, President of the University, who explained the strategy of the University to promote the internationalization, continue improving its brand image and attract new students.

For his part, the Dean of the School, Ignacio Ferrero, explained the current status of the School, students, degrees, academic staff and research and International Office and with the business world.

Afterwards, they had a session at work with the board Directive of the School about the Strategic Plan 2025, which sets out objectives in the aforementioned areas, which seek to consolidate the center in the path of quality, excellence and vanguard in which it has always moved, and which will set the pace of work for the next eight years.

The committee advisor , made up of alumni and friends of the School, is composed of:

  • Eva Ascarza, Marketing Professor, Columbia Business School;

  • Emilio Domingo, Partner at Bain & Company;
  • Javier Sánchez Lamelas, Founder & CEO Top Line Marketing Consulting;
  • Álvaro Huete, Deputy Head of Global Finance, Société Générale;
  • Eva Ortega, Unit Head, Economics, Statistics and Research, Bank of Spain;
  • Laura Valderrama, Senior Economist, Capital Market, International Monetary Fund;
  • Vicente Muñoz. Chief IoT Officer. Telefónica;
