Olga Lizasoáin: new Vice-Dean of School of Education and Psychology

He/she will be in charge of managing students' internships, final projects Degree and of Master's Degree

The President has appointed Olga Lizasoáin as vice-dean of the School of Education and Psychology.

The School has three other vice-deans, in the areas of Office of Academic Affairs, research and Alumni. Specifically, Professor Lizasoáin will be in charge of the organization and promotion of the module Prácticum. This newly created vice-deanship will include the management of the external curricular internships, the end-of-degree Degree and the end-of-degree Master's Degree, in the four Degrees, the double Degrees and the two master's degrees of the School. It will also promote a project of mobility for internships outside Navarra, both nationally and internationally.

Within this project, during this academic year, more than 450 stays will take place in different destinations, such as educational centers, associations, socio-educational centers, companies, hospitals, outpatient centers, clinics, etc.

Olga Lizasoáin is full professor at department of Theory and Methods of research Educational and Psychological Theory and Methods. She holds a degree and doctorate in Pedagogy from the University (1991). She is founder of the association European Hospital Pedagogues and honorary member of the Latin American and Caribbean network for the right to the Education of the hospitalized child. She coordinates the Hospital Pedagogy unit of the University Clinic.

Lizasoáin joins the board Directive formed by the dean of the School, Concepción Naval, the vice dean of Office of Academic Affairs, Aurora Bernal, the Associate Dean of research, Ángel Sobrino, the vice dean of Alumni, Sonia Rivas, the General Manager, Rafael Ansó and the director of development, Marie Anne Reynell.
