Last Monday, February 12, Arántzazu Azqueta Díaz de Alda defended, at the classroom Magna of the University of Navarra, her thesis "model conceptual de training en la iniciativa emprendedora para la Education obligatoria", for which she obtained A cum laude.

The thesis delves into the theoretical instructions of the training entrepreneurial for the Education Compulsory from three approaches. First, the study of the origin of the term and its historical evolution, which allow highlighting the ideas and values that have shaped the way of understanding this emerging phenomenon of entrepreneurship. Secondly, it analyzes the relationships it establishes with other elements that contribute to its development: society, politics (both international and European) and Education. Finally, a critical view is provided of the strategies, lines of work, instructions ideological and state of the art of training entrepreneurship in ESO, both in the pioneering countries in the initial impulse to it, as well as in the countries of the European environment. It is concluded that there is a need to reinforce the anthropological basis of this educational initiative.

In the thesis , the contribution of this subject to the growth of all the dimensions of the person is deepened. Directly and principally, it is pointed out that it contributes to the development of the intellectual dimension, which through the development of creativity and innovation is anchored in the unrepeatable character of the human being and his freedom; the social dimension, which from the approach of relational sociology complements a Education that is rooted in the person as a being that coexists and grows as a gift being; and the moral dimension, which forges autonomy and leadership staff and promotes the training of character and virtues.
