The artist Óscar Mariné gives a guided tour visit to students of design for his exhibition 'Óscar Mariné Big Bang'.

This activity followed the presentation of the artist's catalog at the Museum.

First and second year students of the Degree at design of the School of Architecture had the opportunity to tour the exhibition Óscar Mariné Big BangThe exhibition, which is on display until March 4 at the Museo Universidad de Navarra, was presented by the artist himself.

On the occasion of the presentation of the catalog that collects the work of his exhibition, students were able to learn about the career of the artist, award National design 2010. Mariné explained how his apprenticeship was based on observation, training in the cinematographic programs of study where his father, Juan Mariné, worked. In this way, through experience and learning through music and magazines, he has distinguished himself as an artist and graphic designer.

On this idea, Mariné insisted to the students on the importance of slow learning: "Designing is like writing, it takes time to have authorship, criteria, to know how to handle the language correctly, the technique, the use of technology... it is an experience that never ends".

The artist also had the opportunity to visit the facilities of the School, accompanied by his director, Miguel Ángel Alonso del Val, and some of the teachers.
