A new issue of Ius Canonicum is published.
The issue 110, volume 55, corresponding to the year 2015 of the journal. Ius Canonicumthe journal of the high school Martín de Azpilcueta of the School of Canon Law of the University of Navarra, pays tribute to Professor Pedro-Juan Viladrich on the occasion of his retirement. He is the author of the article that opens the magazine: "Why and for what "one with one for life". The question of the unity of life in the lover, in the correspondence with the beloved and in the union of conjugal love", which is his most recent contribution in the field of the anthropology of marriage and its reflection in the legal configuration of the institution.
Professor Viladrich was named Full Professor emeritus of the School of Canon Law on September 15. In the introduction to his article and after a brief biography, it highlights his impulse to high school Martín de Azpilcueta and how his work has contributed to renew the science of Canon Law "with contributions in the field of the fundamental rights of the faithful and of marriage law. He is considered one of the world's leading experts on marriage and family". The School of Canon Law will pay tribute to him in an Academic Act to be held in a few months.
The recently published issue also includes programs of study on Foundations by Professors Javier Otaduy: "Canonical perspective of the trust"; Miguel Campo Ibáñez, S. J.: "Canonical foundations in Spain. Derecho particular diocesano y realidad social", and Jorge Otaduy: "Fundaciones canónicas privadas promovidas por institutos religiosos en los sectores de la Education y de la sanidad".
