Students from Education participate in a cycle of business creation.
The Chair Bancaja Jóvenes Emprendedores Universidad de Navarra together with the department of Education of the School of Philosophy and Letters organized for the first time a cycle of business creation for students of Pedagogy and Teaching.
The students attended three lectures given by Mercedes Álvarez, General Manager of Alvagua Servicios Educativos; Edurne Labiano, technician of employment and self-employment of Forem Navarra; and Jorge Larena, director general of Vicarli.
Mercedes Álvarez spoke about her professional career, always linked to Education, while Edurne Labiano explained the current status of employment in Navarra, with special emphasis on the possibilities that exist in the service sector. Jorge Larena related training in the Education sector to different business areas.
The series sought to provide students with an adequate overview of the current professional environment, exposing some less conventional employment opportunities linked to their programs of study.
