In the first session, Ángel Iriarte, director of Caritas in Navarra spoke about the poverty and social exclusion currently experienced in the region. "If we want a fair and inclusive society we must consider a different society from the one we have; if the aspiration is to have more and more and not be willing to give, we will not achieve anything," he explained.

In the second session, five Tantaka volunteers explained their experience as volunteers in different areas: rehabilitation of churches, basketball with women in prison, basketball with immigrants and school support for children.

In the third session, Dr. Rafael Sánchez-Ostiz, geriatrician and director of IDEA, made us reflect on all that we can contribute to our elders through accompaniment.

In the fourth session, Pedro Juan Viladrich, Full Professor University (in Navarra, at Santa Croce in Rome and in Piura, Peru), and writer, spoke about his book "Letters between veteran apprentices" sponsored by the La Caixa Foundation, in which he narrates some of the experiences of volunteer activities.

In the fifth session, Don Juan Carlos Martín, chaplain of the School Pharmacy and Nutrition, spoke about the humanization of volunteer activities and the importance of "having that human perspective in our daily lives, not only when we do volunteer activities".
