On June 22nd, the students of Master's Degree in design and management defended their Final Projects Master's Degree (TFM). The projects presented address some of the challenges of today's architecture, such as the integration of renewable energies, energy rehabilitation and the use of natural resources. The design of a greenhouse prototype on the facade of a building, the analysis of the methodology in the application of Passivhouse certification, strategies for improving the airtightness of buildings or the energy improvement of a house with the application of active and passive measures, are some of the topics of the works of this course.

The training internship of MDGAE students culminates with the completion of the TFM in companies of the sector, which for them is a gateway to the labor market entrance , since thanks to these internships many of them continue to collaborate with the companies where they have completed the work.

This is an opportunity for students to apply all the knowledge and skills acquired during the program in a real environment. The TFM, which is compulsory, is the second module of the MDGAE and takes place between April and June and is carried out in companies such as ACR group, LKS Ingeniería, Tecnalia, Barcos y Enríquez Arquitectos, Energiehaus Arquitectos, Orekari estudio, Luz y Espacio, and Energía y Arquitectura.
