María Victoria Pistilli finished degree program in 2022 and since January 2023 she has been working for UNICEF in Paraguay, at area in 'Working environment and business development'.

From the moment she left her native Paraguay to study the Degree in Applied Management in 2018 Maria Victoria Pistilli was clear that she wanted to return to be able to contribute her bit to her country's development . And so she did. She completed the Degree in June 2022 and since January 2023 she has been working for UNICEF in Paraguay, in the area of Working environment and business development.

He assures that he is "excited about everything" at work , but if he has to choose one thing, he would definitely choose "the ultimate goal of it". Among her daily tasks are the elaboration and execution of proposals aligned with the value strategy of the organizations; supporting the implementation of actions for promote the culture of respect and trust as well as an inclusive work environment; implementing Internal Communications activities to make visible the benefits driven by the area of well-being with the goal to improve the environment of work; or supporting the mobilization of resources through national or international agreements.

For María Victoria, speaking several languages has been essential to work in a large organization such as UNICEF. She also says that having completed the Degree in Applied Management has allowed her to manage proposals, develop projects, write or analyze reports, work in teams and translate documents: "The profile of the graduate in management Applied Management is very versatile. It allows you to adapt to different positions within a business, from working in the communication area , to organizing events, working in accounting or managing logistics".

She feels very grateful for having had the opportunity to study in Pamplona. "There is no ranking that covers the human quality and values that the University of Navarra instills in you," she says. And she concludes: "They were four years of learning, study, effort, sacrifice and growth. In short, a dream. If I were asked today, what is the University of Navarra for you? I would answer: 'A little piece of heaven on earth'".
