With the degree scroll "Positioning of digital law services in the legal services market" the campus of the University of Navarra in Madrid hosted the second session in which expert lawyers in the subject have delved into the different strategies of the services related to this area of law, from the standardized to the most sophisticated.

In the meeting organized by the School of Law of the University of Navarra, in partnership with the consulting firm Black Swan and Band1 Communication, participated Alfonso Díez de Revenga, director of advisory service Jurídica N26, Alexander Benalal, partner of Think Smart Law; Eduardo Valpuesta, director of Master's Degree of Digital Law at the University of Navarra; José María Baños, partner of LETSLAW by RSM; Leo Núñez, partner of Audens; and Natalia Martos, managing partner of Legal Army.

Among other issues, the attendees first addressed the skills and knowledge that the professional who joins digital law must have; the process of providing the service, what is offered and the approach or not of digital law as a cross-cutting service that requires the training of multidisciplinary teams. The figure of the client has then been analyzed. "Is there such a thing as a digital client or are all companies "digital" to a greater or lesser extent?", they questioned.

During the workshop the capabilities that a firm must have to provide digital law services and how this is transmitted to the market were determined specialization. Do the international directories reflect well the different areas of specialization? Should there be a specific ranking for Digital Law in these directories?

The answers to these and other questions that have been raised in the forum will be collected in a report to be published in the near future.
