Students of Projects I of School of Architecture of the University of Navarra will project a VIP pavilion for the Navarra Circuit. In order to get a close look at the facilities to carry out the exercise, a group of 100 students participated in a guided visit , during which they were in the conference room de Dirección de degree program, the conference room de Prensa, the conference room de Briefing and boxes.

The purpose of the new building proposed by subject is to overlook as much of the circuit as possible for the proper monitoring of the races. It should consist of two areas: a private one, with accommodation and common areas for VIP visitors, in addition to the boxes that already exist above the pit building; and a public one, with a covered area for the general public in the pelouse area.

The Navarra circuit, located on the outskirts of Los Arcos and inaugurated in June 2010, has a 4-kilometer speed track approved for motorcycles and cars that will also allow the organization of Formula 1 training sessions. It also has one of the best open-air karting tracks in northern Spain, with a 731-meter track and 15 curves. The circuit hosts national and international events of diverse importance, and among many other activities, there is a kart rental service for children and adults, competitions and training sessions for drivers, activities of business, etc.

Currently, the facility has several support buildings scattered around the track, such as the headquarters, the pit area, the paddock, the control tower or the main grandstand for 1,000 spectators. In addition, it has all the necessary services for its operation, such as areas of car park, workshop building, maintenance and garage.
