The mayor of Pamplona, Enrique Maya, has given a lecture to fifty fifth year students of the School of Architecture of the University of Navarra on the rehabilitation projects of buildings. Following the lecture, which was held at the Palacio del Condestable, the mayor led a visit to the building as a practical example of the concepts explained during the talk.

The rehabilitation of the Palacio del Condestable recovered a historic building of the city, unique exponent of the civil architecture of the sixteenth century Pamplona, located at the confluence of Mayor and Jarauta streets. The building has 5,000 m2 distributed in basement, floor leave, two floors (in the entire building internship ) and a third floor in the part of the building facing Jarauta Street.

During the visit, the students were able to see how the materials used to preserve the original appearance of the building were combined with resources that conceal access to modern services, such as connections to new technologies.
