"If correct healthy lifestyle habits are acquired from an early age," he said, "it will be easier to maintain them than to impose them in a rigid and forced way at middle age, because they have reached a high risk of suffering from cardiovascular diseases, cancer, hypertension or diabetes".

Alberto Catalán, counselor of Education of the Government of Navarra, congratulated all the winners and pointed out the value of initiatives such as Nutrivideo "so that adolescents assume good lifestyle habits in their daily lives". Juan Manuel Mora, Vice President of Institutional Communication of the academic center, closed the event highlighting the credibility, the high participation in the competition and the creativity of the works presented by all the students.

The submission awards ceremony coincided with the celebration of the National Nutrition Day.
