Delictum 2.0 has emerged from work professor for more than thirty years. But it is indebted to two works that have influenced and helped us in these years. On the one hand, the "practice book" (SILVA SÁNCHEZ/BALDÓ LAVILLA/CORCOY BIDASOLO, Casos de la jurisprudencia penal con comentarios doctrinales. Parte general, 2nd ed., Barcelona, 1997, from which many cases resolved here and many doctrinal proposals are taken) and, on the other hand, the "green book" (HRUSCHKA, Strafrecht nach logisch-analytischer Methode, 2nd ed., Berlin, New York, 1988, from which the style of linking some cases with others, as well as various categories, has been taken). Both works are structured around case studies, each in its own way elaborates on key concepts and achieves an adequate understanding of the general theory of crime. Our thanks go to the authors for their pioneering work.
These materials have been made possible by the partnership and experience of many people who for years have been studying and teaching teaching on crime theory. Luis Fernando Rey, who initially assumed the teaching of this subject, deserves a special accredited specialization . Initially, Carlos Azcona, Julen Carreño and Carlota Pérez Sancho intervened. They were later joined by a number of collaborators, such as Constanza Di Piero, Beatriz Goena, Justo Balmaceda, Ronald Vílchez, Roberto Cruz and Sonsoles Callejo. Eduardo Ruiz de Erenchun contributed numerous cases, sentences and topics to be dealt with, as well as suggestions on how to present the lessons. Mario Pereira joined us recently, and Professor Íñigo and I would like to thank him for his partnership, ideas and proposals.
The illustrations are the work of José Castiella, who has not only drawn for each section, but has also managed to visually capture the Structures of each lesson.
