Why these materials?

Delictum offers materials for the subject dedicated to the legal theory of crime. To the contents of the latter are usually added those of the introduction to the Criminal Law and the theory of punishment, to make up the whole of the so-called "General Part" of Criminal Law. Since Delictum 2.0 is not a conventional guide , its materials do not cover the whole of the General Part. Its purpose is an inductive approach to the rules of imputation of criminal-legal liability for culpable unlawful conduct, i.e. for crimes.
