The participating teams are fictitious companies that fight for market supremacy. Players must decide their business strategy based on their estimates of the behavior of the market, which in the game is made up of the other teams.

Just like a real industrial business , Manager structures its organization around four independent but interconnected Departments , which are: Production, Marketing, staff and Finance.
