Marieta, Miguel, Natalia and Sergio are some of the new students joining ISSA School of Applied Management:

Marieta Ruiz (Bolivia)

Although Marieta was born in Spain, she has lived in Bolivia since she was 10 years old. She is convinced that she has chosen what she is really passionate about: "In the future I would like to run my own business for innovative applications, something that helps people in their daily lives and is useful to them.

"At this stage I hope to develop personally and learn everything I need to start working. I also hope to enjoy my time at university and meet new people," she says.

She has been doing volunteer activities since she was a child and she would not like to give it up at University so she is going to try to combine it with her programs of study.

Miguel Vega (Panama)

"When I found out about Degree in Applied Management, I was struck by the large number of employment opportunities offers", explains Miguel Vega on his arrival at the University. He is from Panama and has only been in Pamplona for one day. Shortly before the Welcome workshop he came with his parents to visit campus. Of the programs of study she is joining, she highlights above all her new and versatile profile : "I am mainly attracted by everything related to management, I am intrigued to know how a business is managed from the inside. I am also very interested in languages, especially French, as it is still an unknown language for me".

Tomorrow he would like to found his own business and, although he is not sure what it will be, he is aware that the first thing he needs to do is to get training in order to set his degree program on the right track.

Natalia Núñez (Spain)

Natalia Núñez studied at high school San Cernin in Pamplona. It was clear to her that she liked the world of business, but also marketing and languages. "In the Degree in Applied Management I found the union of everything without leaving anything aside. I love sales, getting to know the consumer and the relationships that are formed, as well as management and planning", she says.

For years he has been a member of the group Scouts of the Parish of Peace in Pamplona and, although he is starting University, he would like to continue combining it and be able to contribute everything he learns.

Sergio Elizalde (Pamplona)

Sergio Elizalde is from Pamplona. He says that he has always liked the world of business and finance. This, together with his interest in languages and travelling, made him decide to study the Degree in Applied Management-management Aplicada.

He spends his free time swimming and horse riding. And he would like to be able to continue practising it this year as well.

He is looking forward to this new stage at university. After his first foray into the classroom, he is impressed by the large number of international students with whom he will share a desk.
