The School of Modern Music opens its doors
The new center will offer classes in electric guitar, electric bass, modern singing and Spanish guitar.

The University launches the School of Modern Music. The new center, directed by singer-songwriter and former student Carlos Lázaro, aims to strengthen the musical training of students, employees and graduates from a university environment.
The School of Modern Music will teach electric guitar, electric bass and modern singing following the Rock School method and becoming the first center that teaches this method in Navarra. It will also offer subject Spanish guitar, but the latter will not be part of the Rock School training program, nor of its official exams.
Classes will be one hour per week, and the monthly cost for students of the University of Navarra is 40 euros. In addition, students may earn validate qualification credits for each course completed.
Those interested can take the placement tests on Friday, October 11 and Monday, October 14, at Main Library Building (entrance south), in the classrooms of Fundación business.
