The University's School of Modern Music will offer classes for children.

Students can receive individual or group lessons in electric guitar, Spanish guitar, electric bass, modern singing, drums, piano, saxophone and trombone.

The School of Modern Music of the University of Navarra will offer classes for children for the first time this year. Students, with no established age limit, will be able to receive them individually or in groups in a total of 30 sessions throughout the year.

"Since we started the School, two years ago, we had in mind the possibility of giving classes to children. Now that the school is established, we have seen that it was an opportunity to give quality training to this public". So says Carlos Lázaro, director of the School of Modern Music.

To teach the classes, the School has a team of staff professor of high level, whose objectives will focus on the personalized attention of student. For this reason, the groups will be composed of a maximum of four people.

The schedules will be established in Friday afternoon or Saturday morning classes, and the instruments that can be worked with class as a group are: electric guitar, Spanish guitar, electric bass, piano, drums, saxophone, trumpet and trombone, as well as singing.

Placement test: Friday, September 25

The level tests for the modality of group will be held on Friday, September 25, from 5 to 7 p.m., in the music classrooms of the School, located on the leave floor of sports center of the University of Navarra.

For individual lessons it is not necessary to make test level, just enroll in the desired instrument and specify date and time of class. It is necessary to register through the following e-mail address: musicamoderna@unav.es
