Experts address ethical implications and risks of new digital models created with AI

Experts addressed the ethical implications and risks of new digital models created with AI on Tuesday, June 25 at a roundtable .

The roundtable, entitled "Digital Twins and Synthetic Humans: Ethical Implications and Global Challenges", was organized by the group Navarro of the Spanish Chapter of the Club of Rome and was held at the Museum of the University of Navarra. Moderated by Enrique Goñi, it counted with the participation of Elena Herrero Beaumont, expert in ethics and governance; Jaime García Cantero, director of Retina at Prisa average; Paloma Llaneza, lawyer and consultant in digital identity; and Jesús López Fidalgo, director of the Institute of Science of the data and Artificial Intelligence (DATAI) of the University of Navarra.

"We still know little about it and the more we know, the better AI systems we can develop," defended Jesús López Fidalgo, director of DATAI.
