The first day is a day of nerves, the students slowly arrive shyly, clinging to their cell phones with discreet glances over the devices at entrance hall of the School of Architecture the University of Navarra to get a sense of what they are about to face. After the distribution of the documentation, the students begin to feel more confident, they already know roughly what the long-awaited first day will bring.

In a moment everyone is seated in the classroom Magna. Eduardo Domingo, director of development of the School breaks the ice by welcoming the students who start. He talks to them about the importance of making the School visible, he is a born influencer, he gets 100 likes on Instagram in less than a minute.

Eduardo Domingo's speech was followed by Miguel A. Alonso, director of the School, who brought to life the classroom that he imposes at times. He talks to them about university life. "You have to learn to look," he says. "Architects and designers have to learn to cultivate the look and spread the good taste they develop in the campus. It's important to be open to everyone," he continues. "I invite you all to be a unit, to help each other. The university stage is a time when you get to know yourself, where you have to bring out all that you have inside, develop it, enhance it". With these words Miguel A. Alonso encouraged the students to start with the spirit of financial aid.

Maite Gil, assistant director of students, based on the example of Rafa Nadal and his coach Toni Nadal, spoke of the importance of academic support. As happens with the great professionals in sports, who have a coach who motivates, encourages financial aid and teaches, students will not be alone, they will always have the support of their advisor, who will accompany them on the degree program . The advice, free and voluntary, will depend on the student, it will be up to him to make the most of it. With the nerves transformed into the excitement of starting, the welcome session ends for a short break.

The relaxed atmosphere is already grade . Some come to visit the School and the infinite possibilities it offers (the laboratory, the workshops, the Library Services, the chapel), others go with their coordinator, who will give them the guidelines for success. Little by little the fear dissipates. There is no longer anyone alone, there is no fear and there is a positive energy that spreads through the leave plant of the School.

Small groups are formed at entrance hall, the advisors go to the students' meeting to share a meal with them at group where all of them have the possibility to ask questions, share their fears and start their work, learn and squeeze all the sources of knowledge that are presented around them.

The day will probably end up with a drink among strangers, walks along the campus, and bonding, probably the beginning of a journey they will never forget.
