The School of Architecture celebrates its patron saint

Dessert, bridges, Twister and sports contest on the occasion of Our Holy Family's flight to Egypt

The School of Architecture University of Navarra witnessed the competition, enthusiasm, laughter and talent of its students last Thursday, February 1, on the occasion of the celebration of their feast day. An event that commemorates its patron saint, Our Holy Family in her flight to Egypt.

The workshop began with a soccer tournament conference room at sports center, in which the winners were the students of the 5th year of Architecture. Once this activity was over, Holy Mass was celebrated at chapel of the School. After the Mass, several students demonstrated their skills and abilities in maintaining their balance while playing the classic game Twister to the rhythm of music. The first year students of design, Ligia Solis and Teresa Ramos, were the winners.

After lunch, it was time for the dessert contest. A highlight was the cake by Clara Arenas, a second year student, who applied her knowledge learned at Degree at design, recreating the School in a chocolate version.

His partner, Celia Pérez de Zabalza, also a sophomore at design, had her award for the elaboration of the promotional poster of the Fiesta.

In the afternoon, a classic event took place at the School: the bridge competition. Students from different courses of Architecture competed against each other, so that, finally, the youngest (from the first year) beat the students from the higher years.
