The University is a leader in internationalization, according to the CYD Foundation.
An analysis published by CYD highlights the international orientation of the Navarra center.

The University of Navarra is the first university center in international orientation in Spain, according to the CYD Foundation (knowledge and development) on its web page. According to agreement with this analysis, which uses the latest data of the ranking that the Foundation prepares annually, the University of Navarra stands out "for having the highest issue of performance indicators at the national level in each of the categories analyzed in the CYD Ranking at subject of internationalization". These results make it the "leader in internationalization" in Spain.
The six aspects analyzed by the CYD Foundation to compare Spanish universities are the issue of Degree and Master's Degree degrees taught in a foreign language , the mobility of the students, internships abroad, the nationality of the academic staff, the thesis doctoral degrees of foreign students and, finally, international publications.
According to the CYD Foundation, the University of Navarra is first alone, while in second place are the universities of Carlos III, the Autonomous University of Barcelona and Ramón Llul. In third place is the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas.
The Director of International Relations at the University of Navarra, Ana Delgado, highlights the importance of internationalization for the University and the enrichment that campus has gained over the years in this subject. "The confluence of cultures brings enormous benefits. Students have the opportunity to enrich themselves with diverse approaches and practice, together with their peers, dialogue, tolerance and exchange of experiences. Academically and researcher, the different approaches of each nationality bring a source of intellectual and scientific richness that make the university capable of providing better solutions to this global world."
