Over the course of three months, the students of the Degree Psychology from pathway of business on the occasion of their Practicum I have visited within a shadowing program the Departments of Human Resources of different companies and have attended seminars given by professionals of the sector.

The students of the School of Education and Psychology of the University of Navarra visited the companies Koxka, Talentix, association Industria de Navarra (AIN), Volkswagen Navarra, Clínica Universidad de Navarra (CUN), Acciona Windpower, Caja Rural de Navarra, Diario de Navarra and the Mercadona facilities in Mutilva. The heads of the Human Resources areas of these companies showed the students their facilities and explained the operation of department.

In turn, different companies, such as Azkoyen, Talentix, Oniria Consulting o  HidrorubberIn addition, they organized seminars that allowed student body to get a closer look at the work of a human resources department and listen to the experiences and advice of professionals in the sector.
