Nearly a hundred students participate in the second edition of Sudent Life Fair

The fair organized by the School of Economics presents the extra-curricular activities offered by the University.

More than a hundred students participated in the second edition of the Studen Life Fair organized by the University of Navarra. School of Economics the University of Navarra. According to the organizers, this activity seeks to make known all the possibilities that university life offers beyond the classroom. In the words of student of 3rd year of Degree in Economics and Leadership and Governance (ELG) Gonzalo Bañón: "The Student Life Fair provides a global vision that allows us to understand all the clubs offered by the University".

STUDY LIFE FAIR

The following student clubs and initiatives participated in this year's event:

CLUB CASE COMPETITION

Students in this club delve into the use of the case method employee in the consultancy service sector. The aim is for students to learn how to analyze business problems through real cases in order to reconcile various perspectives and find a solution to the problem posed.

EXCELLENCE PROGRAM

It offers the student of the School of Economics the possibility to live a unique formative experience that complements its programs of study of Degree with a set of academic and extra-academic activities designed to live a first level university experience. It offers the possibility of taking the skills and abilities worked on at class to a higher level through interaction with the highest performing students at School.

MARKETING AND SALES CLUB

It is a club formed by students from different Schools and arises in response to the need of student to get in contact with the world of business and get practices and employment, especially in the sectors of business marketing and sales.

INVESTMENT SOCIETY

This club was created with the goal to spread the culture of trading and financial investments within the university community. Through this Club we seek to create a space for networking among students who share the same interest in the stock market and financial markets.

BUDDY PROGRAM

This program has as goal to help international students in their arrival process. Each participant in the program is assigned a new student so that he/she can solve any doubts or problems that may arise regarding accommodation, the university, the city, etc. In this way, financial aid also helps them to integrate into the university environment.

DIKAIOS

This is the Club of discussion of the University of Navarra. The aim of goal is that interested students can, on a weekly basis, learn to dialogue and discuss, to use rhetoric, etc. They must then defend a topic before an opposing team or a jury of professors, thus applying everything they have learned.

AJÁ

AJÁ is a legal counseling service for members of the university community provided free of charge by law students. AJÁ students attend real cases of specific individuals under the supervision of professors-tutors. In this way, they learn the internship of their work performing a professional volunteer activities at the service of those closest to them.

UNMUN

The model United Nations of the University of Navarra (UNMUN) is a non-profit organization run by and for students with the goal of holding an annual lecture MUN where participants meet to discuss current global issues in terms of diplomacy, Economics and social policy. Working under the protocols of the United Nations. As such, UNMUN functions as a simulacrum of the United Nations, following its rules and procedures and internal organization.

CAMPUS CREATIVE (MUSEUM UNIVERSITY OF NAVARRA)

Theater, contests, exhibitions and concerts are some of the activities that Campus Creativo proposes to the students of the University of Navarra throughout the year.

TANTAKA

TANTAKA is the Solidarity Time Bank of the University of Navarra. It was created with the goal to make time available to organizations that are dedicated to meeting the social needs that arise in Navarra.

INSTITUTE OF MODERN LANGUAGES

In its almost 60 years of history, the institute of modern languages has stood out for the variety and quality of its offer professor and the high level of preparation of its academic staff. The high school is considered a center of reference letter for the teaching of languages in Navarra.

SPORTS SERVICE

The Sports Service of the University of Navarra seeks to promote the physical and sporting internship along with the human training of the people who participate in its activities.
