This IV edition awards the best design and construction, and has a award from the public.

Several students from high school Alcaste-Las Fuentes (Logroño) and high school Egibide-Jesús Obrero (Vitoria) have won the 4th edition of the Ephemeral Architecture competition organized by the University of Navarra. School of Architecture of the University of Navarra.

The jury has decided that the best design and construction of ephemeral architecture is the project "Pentatic Panel", presented by the high school logroñés. For its part, "Igloo of the environment" is the project of high school alavés that reached a total of 206 likes on Facebook, getting the award of the public.

One of the guidelines of the competition was the creation of a space for reflection. Thus, "Pentatic Panel" consists of "a geodesic dome, formed by triangles joined together to form hexagonal elements. It is designed to be located around nature, so that it invites introspection," explain the students of Alcaste-Las Fuentes.

"For the project, we were inspired by an igloo inside which there were images that raise awareness of the consequences of climate change," say the Alava-based company.

The award, consists of a trip to the School of Architecture. On that day, there will be an act of submission of diplomas and a special award . In addition, the students of high school Alcaste-Las Fuentes will have the opportunity to build their proposal. 

This contest, aimed at students between 15 and 18 years old, has as goal that students are able to capture through an ephemeral structure some of the knowledge they are learning during the course, contributing to deepen the knowledge acquired.
