The Chair of business Volkswagen Navarra - University of Navarra has been distinguished by the observatory for its good practices in the category " of activities of and innovation". Excellentia ex Cathedra of the Universitat de Valènciain the category "development of research and innovation activities".
The activities of management and financing of projects based on the methodology of "research in action" developed by the Chair of business have allowed it to be part of this catalog of best Chairs, a bank of experiences where the good practices developed by any institutional Chair and business of the Spanish university system are collected.
The format of this Chair of the University of Navarra allows professors from different Schools and Schools to develop projects of research that are of interest and developed jointly, in turn, with different areas of Volkswagen Navarra.
This year, with the goal to promote applied research projects that respond to the needs of the automotive business , researchers from the University of Navarra and professionals from the factory will jointly carry out five projects, including: the biodegradation of phenols, the analysis of technical aspects in the bodywork, the mobility of workers and a plan for training in values.
