The proposal of the young architect Alejandro Puente, which consists of the construction of a viewpoint on the Balcón de Pilatos in the Sierra de Urbasa, in Navarra, was the winner of the V FYM-HeilderbergCement Group Project Competition and the School of Architecture of the University of Navarra. The project of the architect from the SEK International University in Ecuador was distinguished for its quality, innovation, originality and creativity in the use of concrete as an important component in the design of the design of its work. The award co nsists of a scholarship to take theMaster's Degree in design Architectural (MDA) that is given in the campus Pamplona.

The Ecuadorian architect has won the first prize award for his proposal in which he designed a subway infrastructure that simulates an artificial grotto with the goal of not breaking with the landscape. The winner used i.active EFFIX ARCA concrete, from the signature FYM-HeilderbergCement Group, as the basic material for his project .

This is the fifth edition of competition, for which young people from Spain, Argentina, Colombia, Peru and Ecuador registered, and which on previous occasions has been won by architects from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, the European University of Madrid, the Catholic University of Chile and the University of Granada.
