The School of Economics has organized in partnership with the Foundation business University two sessions of marketing staff. This derivative of marketing, also known as 'staff branding', provides professionals with skills that enhance the aspects of their profile most valued by companies, so that it is a tool to increase the employability of candidates.

The two sessions, one for Degree students and the other for postgraduate program students, were given by Cristina Rodríguez Ruiz de Linares, Master's Degree from IESE with extensive experience in Human Resources in important companies and in professional coaching.

The sessions covered topics such as the evolution of the concept of professional degree program , the importance of being employable for companies and how to make oneself a brand, i.e. 'staff branding'. The expert highlighted the importance of preparing correctly for the selection processes such as interviews or dynamics of group, in which the preparation marks up to 99% of success.

These sessions help students to prepare their application and make it attractive to companies, which is why they are core topic and favor their incorporation into the professional world.
