Specifically, the aim is to define innovative prototypes for future Russian generations with three different urban models: leave, mid-rise and high-rise residential housing.

The proposal presented by the graduates of the University of Navarra and founders of the London-based architectural studio Urban Jan based in London, proposes a commitment to industrialization and modular coordination as the keys to solving the challenges of large-scale collective housing efficiently and economically.

The competition is organized in two phases and has had the participation of more than 400 architectural programs of study from all over the world. award The 20 finalist teams, including the Navarrese architects' studio, have received a cash prize of 1 million rubles (12,800 €) to develop their projects in detail over the next two months. In the end, five proposals will be selected for future implementation.
