"Generative AI is a tool like others, you have to know how to use it. It is going to continue to have limits, among them is the possibility that it will give wrong information. It is a non-deterministic model ." This was stated by Juan Carlos Hernández Peña , professor at School of Law, in the masterclass organized by the Deloitte-University of Navarra Digital Regulation and Technology Observatory.
The session was moderated by the Observatory's director , Professor Eduardo Valpuesta, and the speakers were Rodrigo González Ruiz, partner of Deloitte; and Professor Juan Carlos Hernández Peña.
The masterclass covered topics such as the regulation of Artificial Intelligence and the new law promoted by the European Union, AI training with personal data and the different criteria of legitimacy; intellectual property, the transparency of algorithms and the figure of the "human watchdog", as the profession of the future: mediator and guarantor that the fundamental rights of individuals are not being violated.
