The University of Navarra is a non-profit institution. In financial years with surpluses, these are reinvested in the University's own activities that generated them ( teaching, research attendance ).

Revenues and expenses

In the 2024–25 fiscal year, operating revenue increased significantly, driven by growth across all areas. This increase was reflected both in the academic and research centers in Pamplona, Madrid, and San Sebastián (+17.3 million, +7.3%), as well as in the Clinic (+30.2 million, +8.7%) and IESE (+9.7 million, +7.3%).

This growth was due to an increase issue , result the consolidation of the professor offer in recent years, which generated a 3.4% increase in operating income. In addition, improved research grants, which grew by 17.5%, also contributed to this growth.

The increase in activity in academic and research centers generated a result €16.3 million ( €14.4 million in result and €1.8 million in financial surplus), representing an increase of €5.2 million over the previous academic year.
For its part, the Clinic maintained a result of €20.7 million, distributed between €20.5 million in operating income and €0.2 million in financial surplus, with an increase of €1.3 million compared to the 2023/24 academic year.
As for IESE, the final surplus reached €2.7 million, distributed as €1.5 million in operating surplus and €1.2 million in financial surplus, representing an increase of €1.9 million compared to the 2024-25 academic year.
The data for the various campuses include all transactions from academic year. However, when presenting the University’s information in aggregate form, transactions between the various campuses have been excluded.

FyD's income statement mainly reflects the financial results of management , as well as income from fundraising activities. Each year, it distributes among the different centers the amount ofthe endowment thatis applied to purposes and donations for activities received during the academic year. The result 2024-25 academic year was €12.7 million.
