Talent - Science - Commitment
The Strategy 25/30 is based on the people who are part of the University, on their contribution to the advancement of knowledge and on their contribution to the challenges of this historical moment. "A university for all" is a university in dialogue with all and open to the world, seeking new ways of collaborating with others to respond to the challenges of our time, aware of the value of Education and research to transform our society and contribute to the common good.

To continue fulfilling the university mission statement
The combination of continuity and novelty characterizes the University of Navarra's Strategy for the period 2025-2030. Inspired by the principles and values that have guided the academic center since its foundation, it seeks to project and develop them in order to respond solidly to the challenges in teaching and research, in its desire to serve society.
Talent
The University seeks to attract professors, researchers, professionals and students to strengthen a learning and innovation environment. At the same time, it seeks to consolidate itseducational model to train competent, ethical professionals committed to the common good.
In this sense, we will work to attract academic talent and enrich the University' s educational proposal .
Science
research is the engine of the University, it expands knowledge and responds to social challenges with rigor, multidisciplinarity and human approach .
With its 25/30 Strategy, it defines priorities in three areas in order to be a benchmark and promote a positive impact at national and international level: health and care; future, development and commitment; and work, a transforming force in society.
Commitment
The University assumes the commitment to respond to the challenges of each era and to be a reference in the core topic that shape the future. To this end, it will promote projects in priority areas, establishing impact indicators and assessment and monitoring mechanisms.
The topics to be addressed are: AI and the University; ethics of the professions; Education of science; and communication of research.

Because of its identity, the University projects itself into the future, teaching, researching and curing in order to advance and grow".

Infrastructure and governance
New means to help achieve the objectives
With people at the center, the University also needs to evolve in the material and organizational means to achieve its goals. The objectives set out in Strategy 25/30 require infrastructures aimed at improving and expanding research and the university experience.
BIOMA CENTER
The BIOMA Center, which will house the Science Museum, the BIOMA Institute and the professor and research activities of the Schools, is one of the most important projects for the coming years. It will be a meeting place for people and institutions seeking answers to the most urgent environmental problems, based on a passion for science and nature.
TECHNOLOGICAL CAMPUS - TECNUN
Many of the needs of the current environment require appropriate technological solutions, in addition to the promotion of an ethical use of technology. The University considers its technological campus in San Sebastian to be strategic and intends to invest in the coming years in a refurbishment of its facilities that will enable it to expand its professor and research activities.
CAMPUS OF MADRID
The aim is to improve the facilities in order to continue developing the professionaltraining offer and to promote the campus as a meeting place and a place for the projection of professor and research activities.
Towards a new model of university management
The University, as an organization, will renew its structure and procedures to adapt to a digital environment that affects work in multiple ways and to offer a better service to individuals and the university project .
In goal to gain efficiency and improve our ways of work, we will create the Organization and Projects OfficeThis will address cross-cutting issues such as data management , streamlining processes and improving management, direction and governance.
