Mentoring Unit

This course is an introduction to Mentoring and the methodology of the Tu&Co competence development program. The University of Navarra'seducational project is based on qualityteaching , research to generate knowledge and personalized mentoring for each student. The University has more than 60 years of experience in mentoring thanks to the dedication and vocation of the faculty.
The goal is to train teachers to be quality mentors, knowing how to apply a proven methodology, the Tu&Co program, so that they can guide students with the goal of becoming good professionals and good people.
GOALS

To understand the importance of Mentoring within the formative project of the University and its role in the growth of students, including the understanding of its fundamentals and core topic methodologies.

Understand the Tu&Co program, based on competency development , including its phases, contents, core topic competencies and the structuring of effective interviews within the program.

Understand the Tu&Co methodology in an internship way and effectively use its tools and contents, exploring a case that will serve as inspiration for future Mentoring processes.
