Celia Nieto, a 4th grade student at Biochemistry , tells us that playing sports and cooking with friends and colleagues at class "financial aid helps to keep optimism and make these home days more bearable".

On the other hand, the Peregrín sisters send us this photo cooking. Nuria Peregrín, student of 4th of Biochemistry , gives us the equation for these days: "1 apartment + 3 sisters + 1 quarantine = #yomequedoencasa".

Alex Perez works out in the hallway at home.
José Serrano does stationary cycling.
Sport is undoubtedly another fundamental ingredient for our students. Alex Perez (3rd of Biochemistry ) and Jose Serrano (6th Chemistry and Biochemistry ) do sports every day to better cope with the running of the bulls. One of them has taken to running in the corridor and the other one to ride a stationary bike to keep in shape. José Serrano tells us that schedule is demanding these days "similar to the pre-confinement: study, time for those around me and sports, taking advantage of these moments to discover new interesting topics: what a great tool the TED Talks are!

Despite the fact that leisure and sports are guaranteed in our students' homes, they have told us that they are aware that they have to get through the course and, for this reason, they do not miss a single class.
In these pictures we see some students attending class online: Santiago Browne (4th Biology) in Ecology II; Adrián Díaz (3rd Chemistry) in Statistical Thermodynamics; Álex Pérez (3rd Biochemistry ) in Molecular Physiology; Xabier Domínguez (2nd Biology) in Systematic Botany; and Javier Rodríguez (2nd Biochemistry ) in Cell Signaling.
We do not forget that the students of the last courses are preparing their Final Year work Degree . Andrea Collía and Andoni Márquez, 4th year students of Biochemistry , are carrying out this task with great care.
"Despite not being in the classroom, the University does not stop". Javier Rodríguez (2nd of Biochemistry ).
"Video calls with friends make the confinement lighter. We never thought we would miss having class so much." Adrian Diaz (3rd Chemistry).
"We see the teacher and he doesn't see us, the dream of all student". Xabier Domínguez (2nd Biology).
"Not going outside is being hard. I think confinement can change the current attitude with which we approach programs of study and it can be reflected in our schedule. Classes, TFG and playing sports is what my day to day life is like". Andoni Márquez (4th Biochemistry ).
"This new way of going to class seems unnatural for everyone, but behind the teaching there is a close teacher-student important relationship, which leads us to continue the course with the same illusion". Santiago Browne (4th year Biology).
