Mariano Crespo participated in the weekly meetings of the Phenomenology Research Center of Southern Illinois University, which this year was dedicated to 'Phenomenology of Vocations' (Illinois, USA).
Constantin Parvulescu intervened as speaker featured at the congress 'Cinema in Post-Communist Europe', organized by the Babes-Bolyai University. He gave the lecture 'Visions of Europe in Post-Socialist Film'. At the same university, he gave a lecture with the degree scroll 'Retele alternative de distributie: caravanele cinematografice in Romania', addressed to students (Cluj, Romania, 27/05/2016).
Alejandro Vigo Attended several activities at the National University of San Martín (San Martín, Buenos Aires, Argentina, 16-20/05/2016). At the Chair of Hermeneutics he gave a special class entitled 'Reflection and Understanding. Notes on the hermeneutic relevance of the Kantian model ' and also. participated in the Closing PlenaryHe was accompanied by professors Jean Grondin, from the University of Montreal, and Ramón Rodríguez, from the Complutense University of Madrid. On the other hand, he delivered the 'Laudatio' at the awarding of the degree scroll of honorary doctor to Prof. Jean Grondin.
He also dictated the lecture 'Remembrance, death, Philosophy. Notes on the treatment of anamnesis in Plato's Phaedo' at the IV workshop of Ancient Thought 'Eros and Thanatos. Views on love and death in ancient thought', programs of study Section of Philosophy Ancient (SEFA).
Luis Echarte presented together with D. Larrivee and Tomasz Stepien a poster at the Critical Juncture Conference, held at Emory University: 'The Transformed and the Transformative in Shifting Body Imagery'. (Atlanta, USA, 8-9/05/2016).
Alberto García participated in the congress 'average MUTATIONS 8. A Cognitive Approach to TV Series'.at the University of Bologna. Together with María J. Ortiz, from the University of Alicante, he presented the discussion paper 'Mise-en-scène, Embodied Metaphors and Moods in Hannibal',. (Alicante, 25-26/05/2016).
Pilar León gave at the University of Seville the seminar 'Construction of the Spanish hospital system: design of a research. project HAR2015-66063-R, (2016-2019)'. (Seville, 12/05/2016). In addition, he presented the communication 'Bioethics and exploitation of the instructions of data of pharmaceutical prescription' at the III congress Nacional de Deontología Médica. (Alicante, 19-21/05/2016). Finally, he organized the course 'Bioethics and communication of adverse events', in which he taught a session. It was part of the Program training Continued 2016, Rioja Salud, of the Government of La Rioja. (Logroño).

Carlos Centeno y Eduardo Garralda participated in the XI International congress of the Spanish Society of Palliative Care (Seville, 12-14/05/2016). Carlos Centeno gave the sessions: 'Way forward at Degree and at training advanced' and 'The message of palliative care'. He also spoke on 'Are opioids a safe and effective treatment for dyspnea'.
