Dr. Jokin de Irala, director of the project "Education of human affectivity and sexuality", andDr. Cristina López del Burgo, researcher of the same project, have participated in the IX International Symposium on knowledge of Human Fertility, held in La Coruña from 18 to 20 November 2010.

Dr. de Irala was the moderator of the session entitled "The biological clock: fertility and age". On the other hand, Dr. López del Burgo participated with the discussion paper entitled "Dissemination of fertility knowledge in the university setting". Dr. López del Burgo explained to the attendees the teaching given at the University of Navarra on human sexuality. She also presented the project "Education on affectivity and human sexuality", from Institute for Culture and Society.

The symposium was also attended by, among others, Dr. Philip Boyle, expert in Naprotechnology in Ireland, Prof. René Ecochard from Lyon and Dr. Eric Odeblad from the University of Umea in Sweden.
