Law, Communication, Philosophy and Pharmacy stand out in the QS international ranking.

The Schools of the University of Navarra improves its position in one of the programs of study of reference letter in the world: the 2014 QS Ranking by subject. Especially notable is the case of the School Law, which goes from not appearing in the list to bursting into the Top 100 worldwide and in the Top 4 in Spain, only behind public universities located in Madrid. The Communication School repeats in the Top 100, as well as those of Philosophy (Top 150) -which also climbs positions with respect to the previous year- and Pharmacy (Top 200).

The improvement in the ranking of the University of Navarra's Law programs of study is partly explained by the transfer of its postgraduate program programs to campus in Madrid last year, a way of accentuating its contact with the professional world that is beginning to bear fruit from the beginning: the score of employers is the highest of those achieved. This is followed by other aspects in which the School of Law is betting on its campus in Pamplona: academic reputation and recognition of the scientific research .

The School Communication, for its part, has once again been ranked among the top 100 in the world in its subject, more specifically issue 75. In Europe (19th place), it stands out for its academic reputation (11th place) and its reputation with employers (5th place).

The programs of study of Philosophy of the University of Navarra, which has appeared in the top positions of the ranking since 2011, this year ranks 124th worldwide; they are the third of a Spanish university; the first of a private one.

For the third consecutive year, School Pharmacy remains among the top 200 in the world (170th place) and among the top 100 in Europe (72nd place). It is also the fifth best School in Spain, the first in Education private. It stands out mainly for its presence in scientific journals (Scopus) and for its high reputation among employers.

The QS World University Rankings is a study carried out worldwide by the British business Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), specialized in Education, since its foundation in 1990. teaching It currently measures more than 2,000 institutions of higher education around the world, of which it includes in its ranking the 800 most outstanding. The methodology used by QS University Ranking takes into account aspects such as the quality and quantity of the research, the level of the teaching, the employability of graduates, the facilities and the campus, the Degree of international outreach, innovation, the contribution of the institution to social welfare in its environment and accessibility for people with disabilities.

The University of Navarra is the private institution of higher teaching reference letter in Spain, from agreement to the QS University Ranking 2013 and pending the global edition of 2014 to be released in the coming weeks. The University is the sixth in absolute terms within our country, only surpassed by public universities in Barcelona and Madrid, and 315th in the world.
