A group of 32 works by architects who have graduated from the Master's Degree in Architectural Theory and design of the University of Navarra is part of a travelling exhibition , which has been inaugurated in Miami, and will visit 10 other Latin American cities in Mexico, Argentina and Costa Rica over the next few months.

The exhibition was inaugurated at the Miami Center for Architecture and Design (AIA Miami), where it can be visited until 12 March, by Luis Suárez, director of Master's Degree; Elisa Herrera, delegate of the University in Miami; Miguel Rodríguez, of the Pan-American Federation of Architects' Associations (FPAA), Francisco Javier Garzón, cultural delegate of the Spanish embassy, and the architect and critic Fredy Massad. 

The exhibited works are part of the book Curriculum: Learning and experience in Spain of the new American architecturepublished in 2020, and edited by the School of Architecture and EUNSA, the publishing house of this academic institution, in collaboration with Bisman Ediciones (Argentina), Qut Ediciones (Barcelona) and the Federación Panamericana de Asociaciones de Arquitectos (FPAA).

Among the authors, of recognised prestige, is the architect Paula Lestard, of KLM Arquitectos, with her project Iberá 1937, located on a double-frontage plot in a residential neighbourhood of leave density in the city of Buenos Aires (Argentina). Another of the authors is Hernani Canessa, of Vértice Arquitectos with Casa El Bucaré, a single-family house located in Lima (Peru) formed by two axes with four free facades. Lastly, Ana Gabriela Salvador also stands out for Hotel Makana, a project that is being developed in an area of hotel expansion and has become a new landmark for the city of Esmeraldas (Ecuador).

The exhibition, thanks to the sponsorship of the FPAA, will visit Mexico in March (Puebla, Mexico DF and Monterrey) and in April Argentina (Santa Fe, Cordoba, Mendoza and Mar de Plata), where it will coincide with the annual meeting of alumni of Master's Degree to be held from 7 to 9 April, and later in Costa Rica (San Jose, Heredia and Liberia). It is planned to visit Ecuador, Panama and Guatemala from October onwards.

"The project Curriculum seeks to highlight the young promises of Latin American architecture by recognising the talent and trajectory of our alumni students from the Master's Degree in Theory and design Architectural Architecture. It is an opportunity to get closer to our alumni, to link them back to their 'alma mater', the School, and to celebrate that the best emerging Latin American architecture has a common point of origin, our classrooms", says Carlos Naya, director of the School of Architecture of the University of Navarra.

For his part, Luis Suárez Mansilla, director of Master's Degree, highlighted the high quality of the works exhibited and how their authors "have been able to construct, with rigour, such good examples of architecture, in such diverse places and under such disparate circumstances". Suarez also announced that the next edition of the Master's Degree in Architectural Theory and design will begin in September with a workshop in the city of Miami, at partnership with the University of Miami".
