So that others can reserveyour services or have meetings with you, you can use Google's appointment schedules to create online reservationpages in Calendar.

The evolution of "Available Hours" in Google Calendar is now available at available. 

With appointment times, you can do the following:

- Create and share pages of reservation
- Block time from your calendar for appointment schedules
- View your booked appointments in Google Calendar

The new appointment times offer the following improvements to the hours available:

- Use your own dating page reservation
- You get a reservationpage to show the different types of appointments you offer.
- Anyone with an email address can reservea quotation, the account does not need to be a University or Google account.
- Your reservationpage is automatically updated to avoid conflicts with other events in your calendar.
- Receive email notifications of appointments
- You will receive confirmation of bookings and emails from update.
- People who book a quotationwith you will also receive an automatic email reminder before the quotation.
- Choose how you want to meet

You can customise the way you meet:

- In person
- By phone
- By Google Meet video conference
If you choose to meet by video conference, a Google Meet linkwill automatically be added to your appointments.

Personalise your availabilityfor dating

- You can limit the possibility of reservea quotationwith you in advance or at the last minute.
- You can limit the issuemaximum number of appointments per day.
- You can customise the appointment window.
- You can automatically add a customised time window between appointments.
- You can collect additional information from people who book appointments through formfrom reservationappointments.

If you can't access the new functionality, check your Calendar settings to see if you have it enabled.
1. Open Google Calendar on a computer.
2. Go to Settings, General, Appointment schedules.
3. To enable appointment schedules, check the box next to "Create appointment schedules instead of available times".
