A PhD student of the University receives a scholarship from the Caja Navarra Foundation for a stay in England.
José Víctor Orón, from Institute for Culture and Society, will develop at the University of Reading part of his thesis on Education emotional adolescents.
José Víctor Orón, PhD student of the Institute for Culture and Society (ICS) of the University of Navarra, has been awarded a scholarship from the Caja Navarra Banking Foundation for a four-month stay at the University of Reading.
During the stay she will develop psychological aspects relevant to her doctoral thesis , which addresses the topic of the Education emotional of adolescents. Her doctorate, which she is carrying out at the ICS's group Mind-brain of the ICS, is based on an interdisciplinary approach between neuroscience, Leonardo Polo 's Philosophy and psychology.
This scholarship, endowed with 6,500 euros, is one of the 18 that the Banking Foundation has granted for the 2015-2016 academic year. It is framed in the Line of Grants for the mobility of programs of study of research, which seeks to promote the mobility of staff researcher in training, as an improvement of the training program and development of its doctoral thesis , encouraging stays in foreign centers of recognized prestige, preferably in the European Space of research.
