Death of Virginia Ayestarán Eguiguren, ISSA professor
ISSA professor Virginia Ayestarán passed away in San Sebastián, after a long illness.
Born in San Sebastian in 1950, she soon moved to Bayonne (France) where she studied at programs of study . high school diploma at high school Largenté. She completed her universitytraining of language English in Cambridge (England) where she lived for 2 years and obtained the degree program of Proficiency of the University of Cambridge, in 1969.
A great scholar and expert in modern languages, she also studied programs of study of language Italiana at the Societá Dante Alighieri in Rome between 1969 and 1970. In 1971 she joined high school Superior of Secretarial and Administrative Studies at the University of Navarra. Since then he has worked intensively professor in the department of Languages and has taught numerous promotions of alumni of ISSA with whom he maintained a close and constant contact .
She received the silver medal of the University in 1997 from the hands of President D. José María Bastero. Professor Ayestarán stood out for her great capacity for work, her professionalism, her love for her family, her passion for music and bullfighting and her enormous spirit of companionship that led her to treat all her colleagues and friends with great affection and joy.
