The journal Persona y Derecho. Revista de Fundamentación de las Instituciones Jurídicas y de Derechos Humanos has been selected for inclusion in the Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI), database of the Web of Science.
Persona y Derecho, the journal of the University's Law Department, School , was founded in 1974 by Professor Javier Hervada. The current team publishing house is formed by Ángela Aparisi (director), Pilar Zambrano (deputy director) and Gabriela Fajardo (administrative office academic).
For 50 years it has been a biannual publication that has offered works of high scientific level on the foundations and the most important and current topics of the Philosophy of law, with particular attention to human rights.
It occupies a prominent position in the Ranking of Legal Journals of the lecture of Deans of Law of Spain, in the category of Philosophy of Law.
