The School of Medicine was one of the winners of the Sports Gala 2015 of the University of Navarra. Thus, thanks to the involvement of its students in sports activities, it obtained the awards for Participation and Absolute Champion of the Trophy President 2015. In addition, the student Antonio Bazán was awarded as Sportsman of the Year and eight students who will finish their programs of study this year and who are part of different teams of the University.

These awards reward the efforts of the students of the School to combine study and sport. This is the case of Antonio Bazán, who is studying his first year of Medicine and is a player in the Asobal handball league with the Helvetia Anaitasuna team of Pamplona and the Spanish Youth Handball Team, as well as belonging to the ADO Program.
