The Master's Degree in Food, Nutrition and Metabolism of the School of Pharmacy of the University of Navarra hosted the "Industry Symposium", a quotation in which representatives of research and development of companies such as Nestlé, Nutrition et Santé and General Mills participated in a roundtable moderated by director of Master's Degree, Alfredo Martínez.

In the workshop , topics such as nutrigenomics; strategies in the study of the per diem expenses and its health benefits; the employment of substitutes in weight control diets; or how to build future technological leaders in a globalized world were discussed.

The guests in this edition were Teresa Collado, from Nutrition et Santé, who analyzed "The employment of substitutes in weight control diets. BiManán solutions"; Irma Silva-Zolezzi, from business Nestlé, whose discussion paper was entitled "Nutrigenomics: a strategy in the study of per diem expenses and its health benefits"; and Ignacio Hernández, from General Mills, whose talk was entitled degree scroll "Future technological leaders: How to build them in a globalized world".
