Action, Reason and Truth. Studies in Aristotle's Conception of Practical Rationality (Action, Reason and Truth. programs of study in Aristotle's Conception of Practical Rationality internship) is the new book by Alejandro G. Vigo, professor of the School of Philosophy and partner of the Institute for Culture and Society (ICS) of the University of Navarra. It has been published by the prestigious international academic publishing house Peeters Publishers.

The volume, fruit of the work developed by Professor Vigo at the ICS, gathers eight programs of study dedicated to various aspects of Aristotle's conception of rational action and rationality internship. They were included in specialized journals and other publications in Latin America, Europe and the USA between 1998 and 2011. Most of them were published only in Spanish and German and this book offers them for the first time in English.

From agreement with Professor Vigo, "the texts are related in the sense that they draw a common source of inspiration and are dependent on each other". In that sense, he stresses that his interpretation seeks to show that the Aristotelian conception "is not only internally consistent and philosophically interesting; it is also capable of entering into a fruitful dialogue with a wide range of modern and contemporary perspectives".
