The School of Pharmacy and Nutrition coordinates a guide of Degree together with the CRUE and the Fundación Once

The project aims to improve the training curricula of future professionals who work at contact with people with disabilities.

The School of Pharmacy and Nutrition of the University of Navarra has coordinated the first guide for the Degree of Pharmacy, published by the CRUE -lecture of Rectors of Spanish Universities-, the Once Foundation and the Royal board of trustees on Disability, aimed at improving the curricular training of students who, in their future professional life, may be in contact with people with disabilities, physical or mental.

Under the degree scroll "training curricular in design for all people in the degree program of Pharmacy", the Complutense University of Madrid and the University of Santiago de Compostela have also collaborated in this guide . Likewise, the goal is to be found available for the 22 Schools of Spanish Pharmacy.

According to Adela López de Cerain, dean of the School of Pharmacy and Nutrition and coordinator of the project, this guide is especially relevant for future pharmacists, since "itprepares experts in medicine and therefore, in their professional future they will work to improve people's health, advising on the proper use of medicines, researching to achieve better pharmacological treatments, promoting healthy lifestyle habits, manufacturing quality medicines, and contributing together with other health professionals, to the prevention of disease".

School In addition to the dean herself, professorsGuadalupe Beitia, José López Guzmán and Alberto Pérez Mediavilla participated in the essay of the publication.

Finally, five other books have been produced at project for Degrees in Political Science, Nursing, Journalism, Sociology and Occupational Therapy.
