Antonio Escribano, professor at Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Navarra and manager doctor of area of Nutrition of the Spanish Football and Basketball Federations, has published his second book, "Eat well, live longer and better", where he discovers 17 healthy habits and behaviors to take care of the body and live longer and better.

As he explains in his book, nutrition and good hydration have an influence on sports performance, but also in the work and intellectual spheres. Physical activity, which he believes should include at least average hour of daily walking, is not the only healthy habit he recommends. In his guide he offers different guidelines on sleep, on how to avoid tobacco, alcohol and drugs, routines to maintain an optimistic attitude and avoid stress, as well as educating the will and personality to maintain high self-esteem.

Escribano, a specialist in Endocrinology and Nutrition and Medicine of Physical Activity and Sport Education , has given more than 350 conferences on this subject and has participated in various radio and television programs. "Come bien, vive más y mejor" is his second book, after "Aprende a comer y a controlar tu peso".
